In 2011, Jim joined his wife Kim in managing Mobile Solutions, a Centennial-based company that delivers a cloud-based platform, MAX, to give companies control over their wireless asset management. As the CEO of the innovative company, Jim oversees the growth of the business, including strategic management of the firm, product development, sales, and service delivery. Under Jim’s direction, the company continues to flourish due in part to a corporate culture that preserves and encourages a “no matter what” mindset. His past leadership roles have helped him articulate an ambitious vision for giving organizations the tools they need to free up their time and money through better management of their wireless and telecom expenditures. With an eye always on the customers’ needs, Jim is leading his company into a new era of prosperity. In 2019, Jim was recognized by IndustryEra as one of the 10 Best CEOs.
Steve is the Founder of Periscope Equity and oversees the day-to-day activities of the firm. He focuses on sourcing and execution of transactions and collaborating with management teams. Steve has spent his entire career working with tech-enabled business services companies, serving as an investor and board member after working in investment banking and holding operational roles. He serves as Chairman of Sentrics and Integrated Behavioral Health and is on the board of Power Digital Marketing. Prior to Periscope, Steve was a Director at Lake Capital, a middle-market private equity firm focused on business services firms where he executed several transactions. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker, first at ABN Amro and then at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (later Credit Suisse First Boston through acquisition), where he was a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions group. At DLJ/CSFB, Steve worked extensively with Information Resources, Inc. (IRI), a Chicago-based market research company, which he later joined in an operational capacity. Steve holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSM from Tulane University. He is a member of the Tulane Fund Advisory Board and The Economic Club of Chicago.
Eric joined Periscope Equity in 2017 and is a Principal. He is responsible for identifying and developing theses for new platform opportunities, leading deal execution, and working closely with portfolio company management teams to achieve strategic initiatives. Eric serves on the board of Sentrics. Prior to joining Periscope, Eric was a Vice President at Willis Stein & Partners, a middle-market, a private-equity fund, where he was primarily focused on infrastructure services and education technology businesses. Prior to Willis Stein, Eric was a Senior Associate in the audit practice at Deloitte. Eric received a BS in accounting, magna cum laude, from Miami University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
As CEO of Cirrus Insight, Ryan brings decades of experience and a proven record of taking technology businesses like Cirrus Insight to the next level. He joined the company from Binary Tree where he was President, leading teams throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia-Pacific. While with Binary Tree he lead the charge for multiple record revenue growth years while maintaining strong financial results. The global team delivered record growth performance, established market leadership, and helped customers and partners achieve successful technology transformation. Additionally, he spearheaded the rebranding of Binary Tree’s corporate and product branding enabling customer and partner growth.
As a senior software company operational executive, Ed has helped create two billion dollars in increased shareholder value for six successive PE portfolio companies: Blackbaud, Vertafore, Granicus, Intelex, PointClickCare and Dude Solutions.
Over the last 20 years, Ed has built and coached high-performance teams that have increased sales, revenues, and profits. As well as being an operating executive, Ed is an active angel investor in three start-up software companies.
Ed also serves as CEO of Holidays for the Heroes, a 501c3 that sends active duty service members home for the holiday season through the contributions of patriotic donors.
