Mobile Solutions COVID-19 Preparation
At Mobile Solutions, our customers’ success is our success. In times of unexpected and challenging events, we have plans, processes and teams in place to ensure our service works seamlessly, so our customers can focus on their critical business goals. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation evolves, we are working to ensure COVID-19 will not impact MAX or our services. Our plans include the following:
Our cloud-based, multi-tenant architecture model and redundant data cluster approach is designed to operate without unplanned interruptions. As a precaution, we have assembled an internal COVID-19 Business Continuity Team to continually review the threat of potential disruptions to our business. We will continue to assess our plans and share relevant updates.
People + Remote Work
Mobile Solutions employees frequently do their jobs securely from any location. We carefully monitor and consider advice from the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, the U.S. Department of State, and government and health officials in local communities where our employees live and work, as a means to aide our decisions regarding more work-from-home, should the need arise.
Business Continuity Planning
As a cloud-native company with a geographically dispersed team, we are prepared to virtually manage business continuity challenges. Our approach is designed to ensure that our service remains available during times of natural disaster or other unexpected and challenging events. We purposefully include these communication channels for timely information with our customers, our employees and other stakeholders.
We are in communication with and supported by the carriers to ensure our
customers have the service their remote workforces need.
