In 2011, Jim joined his wife Kim in managing Mobile Solutions, a Centennial-based company that delivers a cloud-based platform, MAX, to give companies control over their wireless asset management. As the CEO of the innovative company, Jim oversees the growth of the business, including strategic management of the firm, product development, sales, and service delivery. Under Jim’s direction, the company continues to flourish due in part to a corporate culture that preserves and encourages a “no matter what” mindset. His past leadership roles have helped him articulate an ambitious vision for giving organizations the tools they need to free up their time and money through better management of their wireless and telecom expenditures. With an eye always on the customers’ needs, Jim is leading his company into a new era of prosperity. In 2019, Jim was recognized by IndustryEra as one of the 10 Best CEOs.
Ben joined the Mobile Solutions team in 2020. As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for finance, accounting, business intelligence, and bridging overall business operations. Ben leverages his extensive experience in achieving financial improvement and transparency by partnering with stakeholders to link operations and finance. From debits and credits to financial forecasting to M&A, Ben’s experience has not just been siloed in the accounting or finance track, but both sides of the desk. His operations background at several airlines has improved his ability to translate operational performance into improved financial understanding and foresight. Ben’s time as a mainframe programmer has allowed him to create robust financial infrastructures by leveraging new processes and implementing new technology such as new accounting, travel and expense, tax, and corporate performance management systems. Ben has spent over two decades in the finance industry and holds an MBA from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
Katie joined the Mobile Solutions team in July of 2016. As Chief Technology Officer, she leads the development and technology efforts here at Mobile Solutions. Prior to joining Mobile Solutions, Katie acted as Solutions Manager and Director of the PMO for large consulting firms in Denver. She began in the industry as a highly qualified project manager and over the years, she has grown her skills to become an expert in business analytics and business process management. Katie has a strong history of drafting and leading teams that synergize and outperform to the benefit of the companies she serves. Using a customer-centric approach and her aptitude for effective communication, she has brought to life dozens of website and web applications from concept to launch. Katie has earned certifications in Scrum and LEAN. Previously, she provided project definition and agile software development expertise for clientele such as: Starbucks, Bacardi, CooperVision, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s Next Generation Learning Challenge and even the artist 50 Cent.
Greg joined the Mobile Solutions team in 2020. As Channel Chief, he leads the channel efforts of Mobile Solutions. With extensive experience in various marketing, business development, education, and management roles in banking, telecommunications, information technology, and software services, his background includes a focus on driving company growth, leveraging technology and strategic alliances to increase market share. During his 20 years in the channel, he built partner programs from scratch for 3 technology companies, including StartMeeting.com, a premium brand of FreeConferenceCall.com, the world’s largest privately held conferencing and collaboration company. Greg was a founding member of CompTIA’s Telecom Advisory Council, which spearheaded commercializing the convergence of voice and data technologies in the wake of widespread adoption of IP technology, and he currently serves on CompTIA’s Emerging Technology framework committee.

Greg currently serves on the Board of Directors of Tech Forum of Delaware, volunteers as a Community Leader with the Cloud Software Association, and is a mentor for the University of Delaware’s Lerner Executive Mentoring Program and Tech Impact, a national non-profit organization serving the IT industry.
In July of 2011, Amber joined the growing Mobile Solutions family. As Vice President of Product Strategy, she leads and owns our next-gen mobility management platform, MAX. Amber leverages her more than 11 years of management and customer service experience as well as 7 plus years of experience in the mobility space, combined with her in depth knowledge of carrier portals to create the product from the ground up. She is a proven leader in user experience and complex workflows. Prior to her current role, Amber was the Director of Operations and continues to be a mobility subject matter expert. She is a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner. Amber is recognized as a Colorado Technology Association Top Emerging Leader of the Year and ColoradoBiz Magazine Most Influential Young Professional.
With 19 years of enterprise IT experience, 13 of which have been dedicated to managing mobile endpoints, Jordan has grown to become the subject matter expert in device life-cycle management and enterprise mobility management. As the Vice President of Solution Architecture, with a robust understanding of mobile operating systems, management, and security practices, he leads teams that architect and implement mobility management programs using automated workflows to drive compliance with as little user interaction as possible.
Julie is an industry leader with more than 8 years of experience in Managed Mobility Services. As Director of Logistics for Mobile Solutions she leverages her proven skills in the fast-growing SaaS industry. Julie integrates her enthusiasm for team building and passion for process design to manage Mobile Solutions full life-cycle mobile device management services, from provisioning to device reclamation. Julie brings a wealth of knowledge and best practices to her role, defining logistics and inventory management operations (people, processes, technology and facilities) to support corporate strategy at optimal cost and performance. As part of Mobile Solutions customer-centric business model, Julie ensures delivery of consistent and defined service levels to all clients. She is Cellebrite Certified as an Operator and in Mobile Forensics Fundamentals. Prior to joining, she worked for MOBI Wireless.
As Director of Sales, Marco is responsible for helping his sales team identify and develop a thriving pipeline of new business opportunities for Mobile Solutions. He joined the innovative company in September 2013 as a sales associate. Prior to that, Marco was an inside sales specialist for Plymouth Rock Assurance New Jersey and a sales manager for Foxtons. Currently, he is an active volunteer with the Denver Rescue Mission. In addition, Marco studied at Pace University in Pleasantville, N.Y.
Jeff joined the team in October of 2013 and is currently our Director of Expense Management. He oversees the expense side of all current and prospective clients including auditing, optimizations, analytics and monthly bill reviews. Jeff and his team create efficiencies by reducing the time and expense required to manage enterprise mobility. Prior to joining Mobile Solutions, Jeff worked in Account Management for 10 years. He also worked as a golf professional for 8 years. Jeff was born and raised in Colorado, with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado at Denver.
As Director of Customer Success, Julie brings over 10 years of experience in leading high-performing teams and business development in technical industries such as Engineering, Biotechnology and Finance. In this role, Julie and her team drive our 95% client retention rate through a simple premise: she is passionate about helping others get to their goals. Julie’s team works closely with every department in the Mobile Solutions family to deliver world-class service and subject matter expertise in mobility management. Prior to working with Mobile Solutions, Julie worked as a Technical Recruiter and quickly was promoted into a Business Development role before becoming a Sales Manager and taking on several leadership roles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Denison University in Granville, OH.
As the Director of Operations for Mobile Solutions, Taresa ensures that the company’s Service Desk representatives are prepared to support all manner of clients’ mobility-related questions and issues. With over 15 years of customer service experience as well as 7 years in management, Taresa brings a breadth of knowledge and subject matter expertise. She enjoys interacting with clients and maximizing their experience. To that end, Taresa strives to make life in the mobility world easier. She excels at leading a team, with a proven record of problem solving and believes that when we are faced with an obstacle, we adapt and overcome. Taresa graduated with honors in the Psi Chi National Honor Society from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Psychology.
