MAX Release Notes Q4 2020

Average Usage & “Behalf Of” Section 09.29.20

Average usage over last month and last 3 months

New columns have been added to show Data Usage Last Month and Data Usage Three Month Average in Real-time usage reporting.

“On Behalf Of” Section

A “on behalf of” section has been added to tickets to allow tracking and reporting on who originally requested a change when done via chat or call in.

MAX Dashboard 2.0 provides:

  • User interface updates.
  • Improved KPIs and enhanced visibility based on customer feedback.
  • Tool tips with answers to the most common questions.

Account Highlights

Our new Account Highlights section of the dashboard shows how the number of lines impacts your account.

  • Two columns have been added to threshold emails. One column has last month’s usage and the other column has the average for the last 3 months of usage.

 

  • You now have the ability to configure a workflow to automatically suspend or cancel lines with the “TOL-OUT” status.
    Contact your customer success manager for more details.

  • Ability to reopen certain ticket types (Change Device, Change Plan, Tech Support, General Request, and Billing Questions).

  • New ticket type: Real-Time Roaming.
    • For AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint, when roaming usage occurs without a plan, a Real-Time Roaming ticket is auto-created.
